...others are on the, shall we say "beach read" side of the fence (the review on the book said, "it will make your jaw drop." Quality).
Inspired by and dedicated to one of my favorite blogs, Delicious Days, and giving myself the opp to use my new Panny FX-30 (which has a "Food" setting, believe it or not), I decided to share some pics from my friends Cooking Class Shower. Anyone else hungry?
We started off with classic Bruschetta...nothing like toasted bread with...well, anything:
We had quite a menu and colorful ingredients make it all the more appealing...I love mini-limes for Tecates, but they worked nicely in our Mango-Chili Sauce for the coconut shrimp:
Our main course was fish en pappillote, our chef/ instructor was kind enough to share his personal stash of precious saffron:
I've heard about faux LV and fake ciggies being produced in China...
Definitely NOT as easy as it looks, though C does a great job.
